RurAL CAP Recovery BIRCH and RAVEN Program

AmeriCorps Members work to address local health and wellness or environmental and energy needs in their communities. Eight BIRCH (Building Initiatives in Rural Community Health) AmeriCorps Members and five RAVEN (Rural Alaska Village Environmental Network) AmeriCorps Members were selected for the 2009-2010 program year.

Community ProjectBIRCH is sponsored by RurAL CAP, the State of Alaska Department of Health and Human Services, and the Corporation for National and Community Service.
