Compost Awareness Week Poster Contest
The US Composting Council Board of Directors, the organizational group behind International Compost Awareness Week, has announced a call for entries for its "2010 ICAW Poster Contest." The contest will run from January 20 until February 28, 2010 and is open to anyone who wants to help celebrate composting and promote the benefits of composting. The year’s participants are tasked with creating a poster that reflects the theme "Compost! … Recycling for a Greener Tomorrow.” The overall winner will receive $500 cash or saving
bond prize. Each student division winner – grade school, middle school, high school
